A slightly better photo of the ‘resident’ Wheatear along the road to Gresham

I’ve been busy yesterday and today with Felbeck Trust stuff at Sustead Common. I returned there this afternoon to finish off some work – on my way back, a Swallow hawking insects over the newly drilled field east of the road to the Field Studies Centre and the Wheatear still present on the set-aside ‘island’, in the middle of the potato field, near the Stone Cross. In Felbrigg  Park, not a lot but did see the Little Owl in it’s usual tree south of the dam, the Grey Wagtail on the out-flow and three Snipe on the water meadow.
